Voices CAMP is a media-arts summer program for teens (age 14-18) presented by Voices of the New Millenium (VNM), with funding by After School Matters. Participants partake in a youth-led community action research project implemented through arts expression (poetry, visual arts, performance) and digital multimedia communication (video, radio, web). More than just a summer program hosted at Harold Washington College - one of the City Colleges of Chicago, we form a citywide network of artists, teachers and volunteer media professionals building community with youth through writing, visual arts and web multimedia.
