Who am I?

I am a lecturer in sociology at the University of Leeds, UK. I have been involved in the development of e-learning here and in the staff and student training this has required. I am interested in the use of networked systems for communicating rather than just the delivery of content. And I am especially interested in the use of blogs and wikis for teaching and supporting academic research staff and students.

I teach the sociology of the environment, and quantitative research methods using SPSS.
