Big week coming up this week. Wednesday I will have my evaluation whether I can stay on for the next 3 years! At the moment my worry for the evaluation has declined dramatically though. Supervisors saying they are pleased, me feeling right at home at the OU, proposal receiving positive internal reviews, it's looking bright. Still, evaluations like this are always a bit scary.....
