I was born in Norwich in the south-east of England, but grew up in Dumfries in southern Scotland and lived for several years in Edinburgh. I've travelled in twenty countries in three continents, and have a habit of learning languages.
Currently I'm working temporarily as a Licensing Officer for Oxford City Council. I'm looking for work beyond that. I also co-run a very popular satire and humour-based website.
