Introduction

The MirandaNet Fellowship, which was founded in 1992, is a professional organisation, which strives to use ICT to make life better for learners in schools and communities in twenty five countries. The members are policy makers, researchers, teacher educators, senior managers, community leaders, teachers and company partners who collaborate in practice-based (action) research projects which use ICT in innovative ways in lifelong education.
