since this subject is about web designing..first we have to design our webpage through notepad which you have to input all the codes manual or let's just say "mano-mano" where you have to put all the codes from <HTML> to </HTML> which can take alot of your time escpecially if you dont have enough knowledge about the codes and stuffs unlike googlepage everything is there you just have to choose the page layout and the page design all you have to do is to put everything there what the people want to see in your website and publish and thats it which it doesn't give the user a hard time to figure out how to design there page but the down side is you can't customize everything because everything is in there you just have to put all the informations you want your friends to see...
maybe i guess in designing a webpage the user should have a choice like editing their site from scrap or the other option is to choose the templates and page layouts and put all things together ;)
