Introduction

A community for anyone involved in or interested in health informatics (and related fields, eg nursing informatics, medical informatics, bioinformatics).

Two aims of the community:
to create an online repository of open access health informatics learning materials;
to explore ways in which health informaticians can work collaboratively online and use the many tools available.

This community is expected to interact with - not be a rival to - many existing health informatics organisations.
