Introduction
This community is dedicated to informal learning and the web 2.0 meme. We are in the vanguard of a significant shift in how people learn, how to design for optimal learning, and how to accelerate the convergence of work and learning.
Many of the industrial-age models are no longer relevant in today's world. For the most part, courses and ADDIE methodology are a dead end. Too many people don't get this.
This is one place where we hope to make a difference.
