About
Elizabeth Burch is an international artist committed to the development of experimental work which is socially reflective. She has actively exhibited in galleries and alternative spaces since 1995. In addition, she has participated in both activist and art communities, worked as an instructor of art, directed children’s education programs, actively written reviews of alternative media and is the founder of The Global Experimentation Group. She completed her BFA at the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design, in the field of Interdisciplinary Fine and Media Arts and a master’s degree from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, in the field of new media. Elizabeth is a Brooklynite originally from Pennsylvania, having lived as an expatriate for a few years in-between.
