About
M y name is Carsten. I 'm a social worker and a head of the pedagogical department for youth welfare named Jugendhilfe "Kleine Marsch" of the German Red Cross Bremen. I worked practical for several years with young persons aged between and 13 and 25.
The Jugendhilfe "Kleine Marsch" is a home for dropped out kids with different problems in the sectors behavior, rehabilitation, school and education, vocational training, family and so on.
I studied at the University of Bremen social work science, culture and history of eastern Europe. I'm a qualified Mediator and Assessor for Quality Management (EFQM).
For the German Red Cross he worked in the European project EUCEBS lead by the University of Edinburgh and is still working in the new project KeyPAL lead by EIFE-L / Paris.
