Shakespeare in Love is a romantic comedy film which won a number of Academy Awards in 1999.

The film is set in London during the reign of Elizabeth I and shows the rise of the first theatres.

The main characters are William Shakespeare (starring Joseph Fiennes) and Viola de Lesseps (starring Gwyneth Paltrow).

Source for much of the action in the film is the writing and acting of Romeo and Juliet, the tragedy that shows “the very truth and nature of love”  ©

Our class (3BR) watched the film in English and we outlined our comments in written form.. As well as live! –See our VIDEO (we did quickly….. but we enjoyed it!!) and add YOUR comments  in the blog!
