Anne Robertson

I am the mother of two beautiful boys aged 5 and 10. I am a secondary school teacher in Cumbria where I endeavour to instil some understanding of a foreign language (French) and its culture in my (sometimes unwilling) students. I love walking the fells and exploring underground,though caving is more complicated with children to think about. The time will come when I can get out again more regularly so I make the most of being with the family and introducing them to the outdoors in the hope that they will learn to appreciate its
beauty and splendour (the boys are both keen walkers and explorers at the moment!). I enjoy reading (especially crime fiction - Patricia Cornwell, pd jAMES ETC, films, politics, wine, good food, travel. I love playing sport especially team games such as netball and hockey, though swimming, tennis and cycling are popular family activities. I can't think of anything else to write at the moment so that will do for the time being - its getting late - most of my leisure time is after midnight once children are in bed and work is finished!
