In this edition of Absolutely Intercultural I started to explore the issue of company culture. It was interesting to hear Trinemaria Kristensen of Social Square define company culture in terms of the stories the organisation chooses to perpetuate about itself. I also talked with Peter Malbek of SCA Packaging about the culture of environmental responsibility apparent throughout the company. Here I was hoping for some discussion about why sustainability was not part of all company cultures but Peter Malbek would not be drawn on that issue and I will have to explore it in a different manner later.
