This is just to make a note of a website encouraging the use of Open Source in education IncSub

Another thought: So this weblog is my portfolio then? This means I shouldn't be using this as a chatting area but should be more professional and using this to structure my career planning and evidence of achievements so far?

Why not do both and set your access privileges accordingly?

Or perhaps we should offer multiple weblogs per user?

Perhaps there is a need for a front page from which the e-portfolio can be accessed and also a link to the blog. Just musing here.

One key feature is email alerts for new posts. I know that you have been very careful to include as much potential for RSS feeds as possible but your common or garden technophobic does not like the idea of being forced to deal with a third party such as Bloglines.
